Lifetime Guarantee
The KBLS Lifetime Guarantee is our promise that every piece of jewelry we sell is free from manufacturing defects for its entire lifespan, ensuring enduring quality and satisfaction.
KBLS products purchased through official channels are covered, showcasing our commitment to product quality.
The following exceptions apply to our Lifetime Guarantee:
- Outlet Products and Final Sale Items: Products purchased from our outlet or as final sale items are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee due to their heavily discounted nature and limited availability for replacement.
- Free Giveaways: Items obtained through promotional giveaways are not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee as they are complimentary and not part of our regular sales inventory.
- Gift Cards: The Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to gift card purchases. Gift cards are treated as currency and are subject to the terms and conditions of use, without any implied warranties.
- Custom Items and One-of items: Customized and products are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee due to their unique and personalized nature.
It covers manufacturing defects and workmanship errors under normal use, excluding misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Contact customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed issue description. Lack of purchase proof disqualifies the guarantee.
The guarantee is limited to repairing or replacing the purchased product, not covering indirect or consequential damages.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is free with USPS Priority Mail for orders over $59 shipping within the United States.
We offer international shipping with USPS First Class International Mail.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days after up to 3 days of processing using USPS Priority Mail.
For orders outside the United States, we utilize USPS First Class International Mail, which can take between 14-21 business days after a processing period of up to 3 days.
You will receive an E-mail notification with a tracking number after processing is complete.
There is a processing period of up to 3 business days before shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
In case of a return or an exchange, the purchase must be returned within 14 days upon receiving the purchase. Certain items are ineligible for returns due to their nature. For more details, read our full Return & Exchange Policy.
Allow 5-10 business days for return processing, with a 10% processing fee applied to refunds. Notify customer service of the return, carrier used and tracking number.
Non-refundable items include gift cards, custom-made jewelry, and opened or worn items.
For BOGO offers, both items must be returned for a refund. Orders with free gifts require the gift's return for a full refund, or its value will be deducted.
Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us to start a return.
Non-returnable items include perishableitems, custom items, personal care goods, outlet or final sale items, and gift cards.
Return the original item for a refund and make a new purchase for the replacement.
EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days.
Refund approval notifications are sent within 10 business days, with additional bank processing time.
