Return Policy Overview

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Processing Your Return

Upon receiving your item, please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return. Note that certain items may not be eligible for return bar processing, and a processing fee of 10% of the order amount will be applied to all refunds. KBLS is not liable for lost or damaged packages returned through carriers not specified by us. It's crucial to inform our customer service of the carrier used along with the tracking number.

Items Ineligible for Refund

The following items cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made Jewelry
- Items that have been opened or worn

Refund Process

We'll inspect your return upon receipt and notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, minus a 10% processing fee.

Special Conditions for Promotions

For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers, both items must be returned to receive a refund. Orders including free gifts tied to minimum order values, if affected by a return, require the free gift to be returned in its original condition. Choosing to keep the free gift will adjust your refund by the gift's total value.

Return Instructions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Start your return by contacting us at support@kblsofficial.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain goods cannot be returned, including perishable items, custom products, and personal care goods. Returns on outlet items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

For the quickest service, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.


European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds

You will be notified about the approval of your refund. If approved, it will be processed within 10 business days, though your bank or credit card may need additional time to post it.
